Fuel Management system for Admix Corporation, where Lifecycle Innovations developed a complete fuel trading system, fuel logistics and tank design, including tank and fuel monitoring, card and loyalty payment systems and finally a call centre for all real-time management.

IPTV and AV systems have been developed for Interactive TV, where we now own 28 Patents associated with the design and development of Smart TV, the Thales Solutions Centre, 30 Conference rooms for NAB, several lecture theatres for the University of Western Sydney, plus the design and implementation to the NBN education trailer.

Co-Founder and Finance Director for Home Equity Australia (HEA) that is a Housing Association (Charity) private sector initiative that delivers an affordable shared equity home for low to moderate income households.

The model developed provided a pathway to home ownership through a shared equity programme whereby the charity sells homes at a deep discount (typically 50% of market value), and shares with the home owner and any capital profit on re-sale.

Business Owner/Finance Director for Homesaver card that was a loyalty program designed, developed and funded by myself. The card allowed anyone who lived in a house or unit to achieve savings or added bonuses from selected member outlets.

The complete setup of Suncorp GIO Workers Compensation in the Northern Territory of Australia. This included the business case development, all government Lobbying, all ITC systems review and modification, the marketing and brand campaign development, staff search, role allocation and career development, office space design and construction.
