Our team has been involved in the project management industry for over thirty (30) years, with experience in  Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Communications & Technologies, and Corporate.

These projects/initiatives have ranged in size from $250K to $600Mil with up to seventy-five (75) staff engaged directly by Lifecycle Innovations to run these programs of work.

The methods used on these projects are Agile and Storyboard processes, PMI, PRINCEII, PMBOK, IMAP, Clarity and Primavera systems.

In recent years, we have also run project audits and training improvement programs for organisations that need their projects, processes, and people reviewed and improved. Area of improvement have been in Project delivery, accountability, mitigation planning, disaster recovery and/or multiple project combination (or merging) techniques to benefit from possible project and resource efficiencies.

In recent years, we have run the review, development and then implementation of corporate restructures, business processes re-engineering, workflow creation, procedure review and development for companies such as:
